GLP-1 Lifestyle Routines

GLP-1 medicines can change appetite, digestion, and eating patterns. Coaching helps you build routines that support steady progress,
protect muscle, and stay consistent alongside your prescribing clinician.

Education only. I do not diagnose, prescribe, provide medical nutrition therapy, or interpret labs.

Who this is for

  • You are on a GLP-1 or discussing it with your clinician
  • You want a simple routine for protein, hydration, and strength

What we focus on (tap to expand)
  • Protein rhythm: small repeatable meal structure for low appetite days
  • Hydration + digestion comfort: steady fluids, regularity routines, and “when to contact your clinician” plan
  • Strength + movement: progressive basics to protect muscle and energy

Medication selection, dosing, and medical decisions stay with your prescribing clinician.

3-phase roadmap (3 to 6 months)
  • Phase 1 (Weeks 1–4): minimum effective routine (hydration, meals, movement)
  • Phase 2 (Weeks 5–12): strengthen protein consistency + progress strength habits
  • Phase 3 (Week 13+): relapse prevention + routine resilience

  • Methods: card payments via Practice Better/Stripe

Support options are shared after your discovery call, based on your goals and timeline.
