Blood Sugar Lifestyle Support

For prediabetes and type 2 diabetes. If your clinician is monitoring your blood sugar, coaching helps you turn medical advice into routines you can actually follow.

Who this is for

Designed for people managing blood sugar alongside a clinician’s care plan.

You have clinician-identified prediabetes or type 2 diabetes and want consistent routines between visits.

You want simpler meals and movement habits that fit midlife energy and a real schedule.

You want help with follow-through, tracking, and reducing overwhelm. Not another rigid protocol.

You want support that works alongside your clinician’s labs, medications, and monitoring plan.

What we work on

What we focus on in coaching

Three interconnected areas, because blood sugar is never just about food.

01

Meals and Consistency

02

Movement and Strength

  • Strength habits that protect muscle and metabolism
  • Walking and daily movement routines that fit your lifestyle
  • Consistency strategies for low-energy days

03

Sleep, Stress and Follow-Through

  • Sleep and stress routines that support cravings and consistency
  • Simple tracking to support awareness, not perfection
  • Follow-through on clinician recommendations and monitoring plan
