If You Choose Ongoing Coaching (3 months)

  1. Enroll & Onboarding (10–15 min) — Portal access, intake forms, scheduler, and simple trackers.
  2. Foundations Session (90 min) — We map gut/hormone/lifestyle patterns and set your 30-day action plan (delivered within 24–48 hours).
  3. Active Coaching (Weeks 1–12)Weeks 1–4: Weekly 45-min; Weeks 5–12: Biweekly 60-min. Each session covers quick wins, problem-solving, mini-education (gut–hormone–brain), and your next 2–3 actions.
    Time commitment: ~60–90 minutes weekly, including actions between sessions.
  4. Integration & Maintenance (final session) — What to keep, what to adjust, and a simple maintenance plan you can self-tune.

Between sessions: Weekday messaging (24–48 hours), simple trackers, and resources in your portal.

Travel or moving? Everything is virtual and flexible; cadence and plans adjust easily. Month-to-month is available if you prefer.

How is the coaching plan personalized?
Your timelines, session cadence, tools, and focus areas are customized to your goals, health history, preferences, and pace—and we adjust as you progress.
Do I need labs or supplements?
No. Neither is required. Supplement use is optional and should be guided by a clinician if you have specific conditions or are taking medications.
How long is the program?
Most clients start with 3 months. 4- or 6-month options are available.
How do I get started?
Book a Strategy Session (90 min) or a free Discovery Call. Complete your intake forms, then schedule your Foundations Session.
Cancellation & rescheduling
Please allow 24 hours to reschedule. Late cancellations/no-shows are counted as a used session. One courtesy late reschedule per package for emergencies.
