No. Neither is required. Supplements are optional and should be guided by a clinician if you have conditions or take medications.

Yes. Many clients use coaching to build protein and strength habits, hydration, fiber, and routines that support long-term sustainability. Medical decisions stay with your prescriber.

Cancellation and rescheduling
Please allow 24 hours to reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows are counted as a used session. One courtesy late reschedule per package for emergencies.
