Overcome Anxiety, Depression, Trauma & Grief is a compassionate, educational coaching program delivered under a License to Teach. Importantly, the curriculum spans 42 daily lessons plus a conclusion and bonus material, organized into four modules. Therefore, we meet weekly for coaching while you complete short, guided daily self-study between calls. As a result, you progress steadily without overwhelm. Mastermind — 12 Meetings (90 minutes each)
Format: Weekly 90-minute live sessions (Zoom) + daily self-study (≈4–5 lessons/week).

- Afterward, Meeting 4: Days 10–12 — Supplements (education-only), brain-healthy eating, Blood Flow.
- Subsequently, Meeting 5: Days 13–15 — Aging/learning, inflammation & gut, genetics.
- Meanwhile, Meeting 6: Days 16–18 — Head trauma, toxins, mood storms.
- Thereafter, Meeting 7: Days 19–22 — Immunity, neurohormones, diabesity, sleep.
- Meeting 8: Days 23–25 — Dragons: Significance, Inferiority, Anxious.

- 20 min — Pre-work discussion (e.g., videos 22, 10, 6, and 10 minutes as assigned).
- 35 min — Skills practice (scripts, reframes, trackers, or “Dragon” work).
- 15 min — Habit plan + barriers, commitments for the week.
- 10 min — Questions, check-out, and next steps.

Foundations / Intensive — 6 Sessions (90 minutes each)
Use this to stabilize and accelerate, then continue into the full track if desired.
